In the realm of first aid and safety, Varivane offers a variety of cabinets designed to accommodate everything from individual first aid kits to large upright cabinets capable of storing a combination of basket stretchers, scoop stretchers, spine boards, and additional medical equipment. This selection also features tool cabinets, including those designed for helicopter crash rescue CAP437 sets.
A comprehensive selection of cabinets is available, specifically designed to accommodate not only the clothing of the fire team, but also the breathing apparatus and associated equipment. The majority of this range can be tailored to incorporate additional items, such as axes and spare bottles. Storage units are designed to accommodate from one complete set of firefighter gear, with the uniform neatly folded on a shelf, up to six complete sets, including Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBAs), with the uniforms also folded. The cabinets vary in size, featuring smaller models with hinged doors, and larger units equipped with double interlocking doors or roller shutters. The roller shutters are particularly suitable for windy environments or restricted areas where manoeuvring around an open door is impractical.
Our collection of life jacket and immersion suit storage chests is designed to meet the needs of both the commercial marine and defence sectors, providing a diverse selection of life jacket lockers and immersion suit cabinets. Each chest is backed by a five-year warranty and ensures a minimum protection level of IP-X5. The storage capacity ranges from two foam-filled life jackets to approximately 80 life jackets, with an automatic life jacket range available for larger quantities. Given that naval vessels operate in some of the most extreme environments, we also offer heated and insulated chests to guard against frost.
